Information we collect
When you request information, we collect the details you provide (such as name, phone, email, ZIP code, age range, coverage interests, tobacco use and a general health description). We also collect technical information such as IP address, device, browser, the page you came from and advertising campaign identifiers.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and connect you with licensed insurance professionals.
- To prevent fraud, duplicate and abusive submissions.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
How we share it
Information you submit may be shared with licensed insurance professionals and partners who may contact you about insurance products. We may receive compensation when we share your request. We also share information with service providers who help us operate the site, and when required by law.
When you submit a request, we also report that event to Meta (Facebook) using the Meta Conversions API so we can measure whether our advertising led to your request. This includes your contact details (sent in hashed form), your IP address and browser information. Visitors in regions that require consent before advertising measurement are not included in this reporting. You can withdraw or change your choices at any time through our privacy choices page.
Your choices
You may request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to access, correct or delete it, on our Privacy Choices page. You can opt out of calls or texts at any time by telling the caller or replying STOP.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law.
